MyStopwatchTab App

MyStopwatchTab is a simple and handy stopwatch that lives in your browser tab. You can use it to track time and record laps. Your data is automatically saved in your browser, so you can close the tab and resume your timing later.

Click the "Lap" button while the stopwatch is running. The current time will be recorded and displayed in a list below the main timer, allowing you to track multiple intervals.

Yes! The current stopwatch time is continuously displayed in your browser tab's title. This is a core feature of MyStopwatchTab. It allows you to navigate to other websites or tabs while the timer keeps running in the background. You can monitor the elapsed time at a glance without switching back to the stopwatch tab, until you manually pause or reset it. (Note: The favicon does not display the time).

The stopwatch will automatically pause. Your current time and all recorded laps are saved. When you reopen MyStopwatchTab, you can continue from where you left off.

All data (current time and laps) is stored locally in your web browser's storage on the device you are using. It is not uploaded to any server. Therefore, it is private but does not sync across different devices or browsers.

Use the "Reset" button to clear the current time and all lap records, starting fresh from zero. Please note that resetting is permanent and cannot be undone.

Yes, absolutely! This is a powerful feature we call "Universal Themes."

A theme you create or apply in any of the tools—be it MyClockTab, MyMessageTab, MyTimerTab, or MyStopwatchTab—is automatically available in all the others.

How it works:

1. Customize your perfect look (background, colors, fonts, etc.) in any one of the tools and save it as a theme.
2. When you switch to any of the other *Tab tools, simply go to the theme selector, and your saved theme will be there ready to use.
