Local Pictures(Our Special Feature!): Upload an image directly from your device.It will be displayed immediately and stored only in your browser's cache for your use only.
What is a "Theme" and how do I save one?
A Theme is a saved snapshot of all your customizations at once! This includes your chosen font, text color, text size, text background, and most importantly, your background image (except for Local Pictures). Once you've set up the clock perfectly, use the "Save Theme" button. Give it a name, and you can switch back to this exact look anytime, or create multiple themes for different moods.
How does sharing a theme work? Why can't I share a theme with a Local Picture?
When you share a theme, we generate a unique link that contains all the customization settings. If your background is one of our default images or a custom URL, that image address is included in the link and can be loaded by your friend's browser.
However, for your privacy and security, themes with Local Pictures cannot be shared. Since the image is stored only on your device's browser cache and never on our server, there is no way for us to create a shareable link that includes that personal image. This ensures your local photos remain entirely private.
Is my data and privacy protected?
Absolutely. Your privacy is our priority. All customizations are stored locally on your device. The most distinctive proof is that your local pictures are processed and displayed directly by your browser and are never sent to our servers. We do not collect your personal images or usage data.
My custom settings and local picture disappeared after refreshing. Why?
All your customizations (like position, colors, and fonts) and any local pictures you upload are saved only in your browser's local storage. They are never uploaded to our servers. This is a privacy feature. To keep your settings, please avoid clearing your browser's cache and data for our site. Refreshing the page shouldn't clear it, but clearing your browser history might.
Can I use MyClockTab on my phone or tablet?
Yes! MyClockTab is fully responsive and works perfectly on mobile devices and tablets. It's a great way to repurpose an old smartphone or tablet as a dedicated bedside or desk clock. Just open the website on your device's browser.
Will my custom settings sync across my different devices?
Not currently. Since all data is stored locally on the device you are using, your settings are unique to that specific browser and device. We are considering cloud sync as a potential future feature.
Can I use the same theme across all my *Tab tools?
Yes, absolutely! This is a powerful feature we call "Universal Themes."
A theme you create or apply in any of the tools—be it MyClockTab, MyMessageTab, MyTimerTab, or MyStopwatchTab—is automatically available in all the others.
How it works:

When you switch to any of the other *Tab tools, simply go to the theme selector, and your saved theme will be there ready to use.
